Order Cancellation Policy
We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and accurately process all orders. In fact, most items are processed within 6-8 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours, otherwise, it will be too late. After 24 hours, it’s been accepted as final and ready to ship to your doorstep!
We love our customers and making things easy for them so hope you will make things easy for us!
While we would love to take back everything, for a few hundred reasons we just cannot. So your return will be accepted only for two reasons:
1. Item received is different from what was ordered.
If you receive a different item than what you ordered, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
2. Your item is damaged upon receipt.
Take a photograph and send it to email@example.com or WhatsApp Us: +919891099545. Once we receive the photograph, we will issue a replacement. Our courier boy will pickup the product from you, After that we will dispatch your new product. Easy, that’s what we like.
But remember to send the photo in a timely fashion. This is when being late is not cool. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items reported after 24 Hours from the delivery will NOT be eligible for a refund or replacement.
3. Product Quality Issue
If you have not satisfied with our product quality, Then you can return within 24 hour, after that you will not be eligible for replacement. (Note: The customer, will be responsible for shipping and packaging costs related to exchanging an item.)
We know we all come in different shapes and sizes here. It’s why we strive to make sure that the size you are getting is the right one, so please pay attention and follow the measurement guide, table and/or instructions found in the product description of the item you are looking to buy. The measurements are clearly given so for that reason that we cannot accommodate returns for incorrect size. It’s time to get your measuring tape and rulers out before you order!
You, the customer, will be responsible for shipping and packaging costs related to returning or exchanging an item. We will not accept returns, Cash on Delivery (COD), or prepay for return shipping.
Please save your tracking number when shipping your return to us, as we cannot issue any returns that are lost by the post office or do not make it to us for any other reason. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns.
Once we receive your item and verify its condition, we will email you to confirm receipt and will issue you a refund to your original method of payment. We will only refund the purchase price of the item. Shipping, handling, processing, and customs fees are nonrefundable.
Lost Damaged by Postal Service
We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. However, if your package has not been received within 5-7 of receiving your shipping notification email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to check what causes the delay of shipment. Thank you for understanding this.
If a package has returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact you for the correct address, and you will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.
If delivery is refused by the recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: email@example.com
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Aum Chakra. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
